We act solely as a printer and service provider. We do not claim ownership of user-submitted designs. You take full responsibility for any legal issues or claims arising from your designs and agree to indemnify the company.
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Logo Expert respects intellectual property rights. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with our Intellectual Property Policy and any additional guidelines for specific services.
If you plan to resell products created through our services, you confirm that you have full intellectual property rights and that your resale is legal. You agree to indemnify Your Logo Expert for any claims arising from the production of your designs.
You may not use our website to create content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject any order deemed inappropriate or illegal. Repeated violations may result in account or IP address bans.

Limitation of Liability / Indemnity

Your Logo Expert is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to use, handling, or misuse. Users are responsible for safety measures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and compliance with local laws and industry best practices.
Payment / Shipment / Returns / Cancellations
Our Refund and Return Policies and cancellation terms apply to all orders.
Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes related to this agreement or your use of our website shall be resolved in courts located in Springfield, Illinois, unless arbitration is elected.
Arbitration Notice:
All disputes (except exempt claims) will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You voluntarily waive the right to a jury trial and agree to individual arbitration.
Exempt Claims:
- Claims in small-claims court.
- Intellectual property enforcement claims.
You may opt-out of arbitration within 60 days of agreeing to this provision by contacting info@yourlogoexpert.com with your name, address, and date.
Claims Time Limit:
All claims must be filed within one year after they arise.
Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates must follow ethical promotional practices and abide by the terms in our Affiliate Program. Commissions are based on completed purchases and are subject to fair use and cookie tracking policies. Misuse or violations may result in withheld commissions or termination from the program.

Miscellaneous
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
